We were doing an DIY install of laminate floor boards and knew nothing about the process.
Some stores we visited before Steve's had poor service or were not very knowledgeable in the DIY aspect, but Troy from Steve's blew us away with his knowledge, patience in answering our questions and time he gave us to make sure we knew what we were doing.
