Workouts were challenging, but enjoyable. Will be coming back next time I am in town! 5/5 would recommend!

The coaches are amazing, so helpful, knowledgeable and somehow get so much out of you that I personally didn't think I had in me. I've only been a member since the start of the year but the change in my mind set, body and overall strength and fitness level is amazing and it's only been a short time.

It caters workouts for both the elite and beginner depending on your workout levels. With the choose you own adventure workout means you can work on your weaknesses and challenge your strengths during every workout. The members are welcoming, supportive and enthusiastic to see you succeed. The hardest part will be taking the first step through the door!

All of the coaches and staff at CrossFit Raven have done an amazing job of cultivating an extraordinary culture of support, fun and acceptance all while maintaining such i high level of coaching catering to all levels. The knowledgeable staff have expert experience in nutrition and personal training. The great team environment makes for an amazing group training atmosphere with all members encouraging each other. No matter what you current fitness level is CrossFit Grovedale can accommodate your needs.
